Taste Trivia
Blue pea green tea has quite obviously the most exquisite floral aroma coupled with an earthy flavour. This tea has a naturally sweet undertone. For ones who like a little fun and creativity in life, they can always add a bit of lemon to the tea which not only heightens the tanginess but also changes the deep blue colour to the most beautiful purple.
Brewing Method
After washing the teapot with hot water, add 200 ml of hot water at 75-80 C into your cup. Brew the tea leaves for the next 2-3 minutes and then strain into your cup. The best part is you can brew the same leaves many times!
Best Time of Consumption
The best time to enjoy the soothing taste of the blue pea green tea is mid-morning or mid-evening after your meals. This is because of its metabolism-enhancing function.
